Position: Online Chat Agent

The company provides personalized, evidence-based care for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring challenges, with a focus on individualized treatment, therapy, and long-term recovery in a supportive residential environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide online chat support to individuals seeking information about mental health treatment options.
Answer inquiries about Amend Treatment programs, services, and admissions process.
Engage with website visitors in a professional and empathetic manner to provide support and guidance.
Assist potential clients in scheduling assessments and appointments with treatment specialists.
Document and maintain accurate records of online chat interactions.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for individuals seeking treatment.

Essential Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Empathetic and compassionate approach to supporting individuals in crisis.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment options.
Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or mental health support role.
Experience working in a healthcare or mental health treatment setting is a plus.
Prior experience with online chat support or telehealth services preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour
Currency: USD
Frequency of Payment: Monthly
Maximum Experience Required: 2 years
Qualification Required: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Employment Status: Full-time
