CareLuLu also helps child care programs grow their business while saving time for what truly matters: children. Full‑time position. Responsibilities Conduct thorough technical SEO audits of our website to provide recommendations for optimization. Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other metrics to identify opportunities. Provide regular, clear, and detailed reporting on important metrics and performance. Identify valuable search terms to grow user acquisition and traffic. Optimize website structure, improve speed and mobile friendliness. Develop content strategy to rank for valuable search terms and collaborate with the content team. Find and fix all errors, including duplicate content, crawling and indexing issues. Manage SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics GA4, and SEMrush. Develop and implement link‑building strategy to acquire backlinks and increase website authority. Work closely with engineering and web development teams to implement technical SEO changes. Create and maintain technical SEO documentation and guidelines for the internal team.
