Schedule : Sunday - Thursday | 1:30PM to Finish!\n
Compensation: $70K - $85K Base Salary + bonus based on KPIs \n

\n We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager Nights to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations including shipping and receiving of a variety of products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing warehouse layout, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient processes to meet customer demands. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.\n

Job Responsibilities: \n

\n
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
\n
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to maximize productivity, improve efficiency and accuracy and reduce cost.
\n
• Manage and lead a team of 50+ associates and supervisors across an assigned production shift to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
\n
• Partner with Transportation Manager to ensure the highest level of efficiency within the overall operation. Ensure trucks are unloaded/loaded properly on an accurate and timely basis by overseeing workload scheduling and delivery of product in the warehouse. May operate powered material handling equipment in some locations.
\n
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and coordinate with inventory and procurement team around low stock items, seasonal swings, product returns, and customer promotions.
\n
• Ensures building and equipment are maintained through supervising personnel in maintenance and repair activities.
\n
• Enforce workplace safety standards and procedures to create a safe working environment including reinforcement of safety programs, safety meetings, and workers’ compensation discussions.
\n
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to meet customer requirements and resolve any issues.
\n
• Ensures customers are notified of stock shortages by providing information to Customer Service Representatives, Warehouse Shift Supervisor and Operations Manager regarding shortages, available substitutes, and recording all information.
\n
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements and company policies.
\n
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
\n

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
\n
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
\n
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
\n
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
\n
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
\n

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience\n
\n
\n4 - 6 years experience within logistics, warehouse/distribution or related field\n
\n
\nExperience as a lead or supervisory\n
